False Prophets/Teachers/Healers

3/8/2017

I want to start off with asking you some very important questions.

  1. Do you want to be deceived and drawn away from God?
  2. If there was a chance that you were being deceived would you want to know?
  3. If you answered, “No” to #1 and/or you answered, “Yes” to #2. Then would you be willing to take an objective look and study to find the truth for yourself?

Today I will be talking about the “prophet” Cindy Jacobs. I would like to first point out that she is not a prophet of Father God, the creator of the heavens and the earth. She could possibly be a prophet from Satan…Or she could also just be someone who is in it for the money…In either case, she is against God and promoting false teachings and prophecies. The scripture tells us if we are not with God we are against him.

Cindy Jacobs is the Co-Founder Generals International. Cindy and Mike Jacobs also host a show called, God Knows. Once a year she gathers with other “appointed Prophets” to “hear what the Lord is saying for the upcoming year.” So I first looked at some of the prophecies where she has actually proclaimed what the Lord was saying. I took a look at the prophecies for 2015 and 2016. I also took a look at some of the prophecies she has proclaimed over Australia and Zimbabwe in 2001. There were a few things that really stood out to me.

The first thing that stood out was that none of these prophecies have been fulfilled. So, I looked to see if she had any disclaimers about her prophecies. I found two on Generals International’s web page. It basically says that God works in seasons, so if a prophecy isn’t fulfilled within that year, it’s because God has extended the prophecy to be completed within the next year. In my study of the bible, I have not found any mention of God working in seasons…There are passages about seasons, but none to do with God working in seasons. So this is a false statement that Cindy Jacobs has made. I would also like to note another disclaimer. She states that intercession can diminish or cancel out a judgment. Last I read in the bible (everywhere) we must repent in order for a judgment to be “diminished” or “canceled out”…

The second thing that concerns me is that these prophecies talk about blessings extensively with no repentance. What I know for sure is America is thick with sin. It is everywhere, and its getting worse!  God isn’t going to give his spiritual blessings to those who aren’t repentant. Actually the bible tells us the opposite! The bible talks of his judgment to the unrepentant heart. It also talks about those that will not inherit the Kingdom of God in 1 Corinthians 6:9-10 and in Galatians 5:19-21. If one isn’t going to inherit the Kingdom of God, this obviously means that they will not receive his spiritual blessings.

And just one last thing I would like to point out about Cindy Jacobs’s prophecies. When reviewing her Prophecy for 2015 and 2016, I noticed that the 2015 prophecy was called the turnaround year, and the 2016 prophecy was called the Tide will turn. After reviewing them, I asked myself, if 2015 was the year that God was raising up a standard against the enemy then how is it that in 2016 God is still doing this? Also in both the 2015 and 2016 prophecies, it’s basically the same thing just worded differently. The same promises of prosperity, blessings, unity and Gods power for any and all. Now I did notice that one thing did come to pass. She proclaimed that the Mississippi basin would have flooding. After review, I noticed that the Mississippi Basin flooding is a normal occurrence…

One thing that really concerned me with these prophecies is dominionism. Basically they are saying that we (Christians) will be taking over or having influence over many different areas of society. In essence she is saying that we are going to be living in a time of great blessing because Christians will be ruling.  This is not biblical at all. Again last time I read the bible it talks about a great judgment because sin is so rampant in the end. We are in Mathew 24!

Mathew 24:10 At that time many will turn away from the faith and will betray and hate each other, 11 and many false prophets will appear and deceive many people. 12 Because of the increase of wickedness, the love of most will grow cold, 13 but the one who stands firm to the end will be saved. 14 And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come.

Does this sound like Christians will be a dominant people in the last days, a loved people? There are many more scriptures to discredit what she is prophesying and teaching. Anyone can take one scripture and manipulate it to say what they want it to mean. But if you take the whole passage  or the bible as a whole then that one scripture taken out of context is exposed as a lie.  For instance, Cindy Jacobs, and others, claims Acts 3:21 to mean that we as Christians will be a dominate people in the end times.  As you will see below, it isn’t what is being said in that passage at all.

Many teach on dominionism. It is taught predominantly in New Apostolic Reformation (NAR). If you haven’t guessed Cindy Jacobs is pushing this false teaching (amongst others). They teach that Jesus Christ will not come back until the church has restored (or dominate) the earth. I tried to find scriptures to back this up, but I can’t…In fact, again, I had found the opposite.

Acts 3:21 Heaven must receive him until the time comes for God to restore everything, as he promised long ago.

So this says that GOD will restore everything….Again, there are many scriptures to disclaim what she is teaching and prophesying. Not just one, but many! This teaching worries me because essentially she is teaching Gods people to take Gods place! Not just in this area either.  I have noticed that they have so many classes on ‘how to’s”.  How to pray, how to get Gods glory, how to be a prophet, how to heal, and so forth.  God is the one who gives the gifts and the Holy Spirit enables, not man!  Read Ephesians 4:7, 1 Peter 4:10 and James 1:12-18.  So if God gives the gifts then why are there so many classes?  This is another example of man taking Gods place.  You may think, as I did, didn’t they impart gifts one to another?  Let’s take a look at the Story of Elijah and Elisha, start at 1 kings 19:16.  Elijah was told by God to anoint Elisha as a prophet to take his place (Elijah was a proven prophet of Father God).  God did the appointing not man!  This really grieves me, that so called Christians are trying to take Gods rightful place.  I can’t imagine how much this grieves Father God.

Have you heard the saying, you are who you hang out with? I believe this is scriptural.

1 Corinthians 5:9 I wrote unto you in my epistle to have no company with fornicators; 10 not at all meaning with the fornicators of this world, or with the covetous and extortioners, or with idolaters; for then must ye needs go out of the world: 11 but as it is, I wrote unto you not to keep company, if any man that is named a brother be a fornicator, or covetous, or an idolater, or a reviler, or a drunkard, or an extortioner; with such a one no, not to eat. 12 For what have I to do with judging them that are without? Do not ye judge them that are within? 13 But them that are without God judges. Put away the wicked man from among yourselves.

We can also read a similar scripture

2 Corinthians 6:14 Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness? 15 And what concord hath Christ with Belial? Or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel? 16 And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people. 17 Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you.

Let’s also not forget the scripture from the last post.

Mark 8:15-21 “Be careful”, Jesus warned them. “Watch out for the yeast of the Pharisees and that of Herod”. They began to discuss with one another the fact that they had no bread. And Jesus, aware of this, said to them, “Why do you discuss the fact that you have no bread? Do you not yet see or understand? Do you have a hardened heart? “HAVING EYES, DO YOU NOT SEE? AND HAVING EARS, DO YOU NOT HEAR? And do you not remember?”

The book of Mark tells us why we should not associate with false Christians, teachers, prophets, essentially false brothers and sisters in Christ. A little lie can corrupt the whole man. Who does Cindy Jacobs associate with? Who are others that teach dominionism?  Well this is very interesting group of people. Some are well known Christians who have been within the church community for a long time, some are respected and trusted. This list might throw a curveball your way, but please remember what the scripture tells us…

Mike Jacobs, Peter Wagner, Chuck Pierce, James Goll, Bill Hamon, Che Ahn with Harvest Rock Church, Dutch Sheets, Lou Engle, Will Ford, Robert and Faytene Grasseschi, Matt Sorger, Rick Joyner, Jim Laffoon, Bill Johnson with Bethel church, Sid Roth with Its Supernatural, Rich Vera, Perry Stone and there are more….

So if we follow by what the bible teaches us, then we are not to be listening to these types of people or their associates. Remember a little yeast goes a long way. One little seed can corrupt the whole man!  I would also like to mention, that not all these people are completely lost…Some are just deceived.  We must pray for them!

If you have read my previous posts you will know that I have been getting an opposite word from God than these folks have. The reoccurring word that I have gotten was that we are not in a reprieve or a time of blessing, but we are about ready to enter very hard times. This confused me until recently. I wondered why I was getting a completely different message from God. Well now I know that these people are not truly hearing from God. They are false teachers, prophets, and healers! Please do not be deceived. I hope these last three posts have caused people to open their eyes. If you are one of them, I would like to remind you that you must repent for listening to these lying, demonic spirits that are upon false teachers, prophets and healers. Even if it wasn’t a willful sin, it is still sin.

Blessings,

L.

False teaching and a blind people

2/23/17

The last post I left off with was reading 2 Thessalonians 2:1-12 and Mathew 24:4-28. Basically it talks about the great delusion. In this delusion, even his Elect may be deceived. Let’s think about this for a moment…What might happen that could cause Gods children to be deceived? I believe it is false teachings, signs and wonders. I don’t think it would be a blatant lie. It would have to be something hidden, something slightly twisted. A little truth mixed with a lie. Let’s remember for a moment how Satan deceived Adam and Eve. He told Eve a lie disguised in truth. He said, “Surely you won’t die.” In a physical sense we know that they didn’t die, but in the spiritual they did!

Recently I came to a knowing there are many, many False teachers/Pastors and prophets. Now I knew of this because God had shown me this in dreams. But I didn’t have Gods revelation on the dreams and words until the other day, as I had mentioned in the previous post. When this was revealed, I couldn’t help but to say to God, ‘I have been so blind…Forgive me Father. It was all right in front of me and I couldn’t see”. I believe that God allowed me to go through this for his glory.

Mark 8:15-18   “Be careful”, Jesus warned them. “Watch out for the yeast of the Pharisees and that of Herod’. And do you not remember?

Meaning of the yeast By Mano Alves:

Yeast represents both negative and potentially positive things here- sin, corruption and evil and also those who spread God word or represent God. Yeast also represents growth.

Yeast is a very small substance so if you become even slightly corrupted and conform yourself to the ways of the Pharisees or of the sinful world beware of this for yourself and for others especially if you are preaching the gospel which is what Jesus’ disciples would be doing because their teachings and practices could make man grow into something wrong and corrupted. It also means do not lead others astray through false teachings or practices. One small substance which is yeast or one man can lead many- those who eat the bread, astray. For yeast (the preacher) is responsible for making other things grow, other things which are larger or more numerous than its original self (people in quantity). So Jesus is warning His disciples here of their responsibility towards Him and His true word and true practice and representation of it to themselves and for others.

I want to share with you a dream that I had, it was previously posted to my blog, but now I know what God was saying to me, to the church.

DREAM – False teachers, A blind people

My husband and I were at church.  We were sitting in the back left pew (we normally sit in the middle pew on the far right side).  We were both standing and it was during worship.  There was a new women with brown curly hair on stage leading worship.  In my dream I had the impression she was a visitor to our church and she was going to lead worship and study.  When all of a sudden my husband walked to the outside of the isle and started yelling a warning to everyone about this women on stage.  He was circling the congregation and repeating the same thing over and over.  He had to speak over the music because the worship team kept playing the music.  In my dream he was speaking to everyone a prophetic warning about false teachers. We were then at the end of service. Some members of the congregation wanted to talk with my husband so I went out side of the church.  I see a long bus, I stepped onto the bus to take a look.  The bus had a driver’s seat. A one person seat to the right. A little further back there was one bench seat that span from one side of the bus to the other side.  I noticed the lady that was leading worship was on the bus and I asked her why there were only these two seats on the bus.  She told me that one was for a man (in the dream she did give me the name of the person.  He is someone that many people looked up to in our church.  He recently left church to hit the streets to spread Gods word) and she said the bench seat was for whoever.  She started to drive off with me in the bus as I was still standing.  I told her I did not want to go, that I want to be with my husband.  I told her to let me off the bus.  When I kept persisting she finally let me off the bus.  I was alone, it was dark and I was outside of a house that my husband and I will be moving to shortly.  I walked into the house and was looking in all the different rooms.  In my dream I felt a sensation like I was not alone in the house.  I felt a dark witchcraft presence.  I continued looking and noticed that the same lady was with me in the house.  She was not with me in a physical way but in spirit only – I saw her like a ghost.  End of dream.

Representation:

  • My husband represents Gods warning to the church (prophetic voice).
  • The one seat on the bus represents leaders and teachers in the church. People believe that these are true servants of God but they are being led by demonic spirits.
  • The bench seat was for whoever believed the false teaching.
  • Me stepping onto the bus just to take a look, are those Christians that are not fully involved in the false teachings or prophesies but are opening the door to these spirits.
  • Spirit of Witchcraft represents the false teachings, such as occultism, spiritualism, witchcraft teachings in the church. Read Deuteronomy 18:10-12, Deuteronomy 13:1-5, and 1 Timothy 4:1.

Meaning: The driver of the bus is a demonic spirit, directly behind the spirit are leaders of the church. These leaders are listening and being guided by these lying tongues. Directly behind the leaders is the congregation or listeners of the false teaching. This demonic spirit is upon false teachers and prophets. These false teachers and prophets are leading Gods people into false doctrine. We, the church must discern the spirits that plague the church. If we do not, the spirit will follow us and take us on a dark ride, where we are alone void of God. Many of the people in the congregation will not hear the warnings of the prophets. They will keep singing and praising a false God. Only a few will hear and take heed to what God is saying to the church.

This was a warning not only to me, but this is also a warning to the church. If you consider yourself a Christian, this warning is for you.

We must make sure we are not following blindly.  We may have been taught or told something that we took at face value (even learned from our infancy) but didn’t match up that teaching to the word.  I would like to encourage all to not just go along with the crowd (even a Christian crowd).  Study the word for yourselves.  The Holy Spirit is our teacher, which is a gift from God through Jesus Christ.

OK, so I wanted to get this out.  I have lost much of the information that I had been doing research on (I forgot to save a document).  So I am going to stop with this for now.  I have to do the work again to ensure we are getting the correct information out.

Lord willing my next post will have to do with False teachings and teachers associated within New Apostolic Reformation (NAR).  There are many false teachings in this one group (there are also false prophets and healers associated with this).  I have posted a couple of web sites that have extensive research associated with exposing false teachings, healings and prophecies. I have not viewed all the material on their pages, so please use discernment and scripture in all things.

  1. so4j.com
  2. Trace Hayter on you tube.  If you are on her Home page you will see a created playlist, False teachings.

I want to leave you with a thought that I have about mainstream Christianity.  I have noticed that much of what is taught anymore is self-love and self-desire fulfillment.  I have also noticed that we, as Christians are replacing God with ourselves.  Anyway I will touch up on this a bit more in the next post.

I would like to give a thanks to Matt for help on editing this post!

Blessings,

L.
